To reduce the helth risk of people because of drinking water the drinking water has to be tested against specific parameters. The World Health Organization (WHO) is doing a great job in setting standards; these standards are accepted by the European Union in the guideline 98/83/EG. These guidelines regulate not only the parameters but also the accuracy of analysing methods used.

List of some important parameters (in parenthesis the limit values):
  • pH-Value (≥6,5 and ≤9,5)
  • Conductivity (2.500 µS)
  • Iron (200 µg/l)
  • Manganese (150 µg/l)
  • Ammonium (0,5 mg/l)
  • Chloride (250 mg/l)
  • Sulfate (250 mg/l)
  • Nitrate (50 mg/l)
  • Nitrite (0,5 mg/l)
  • Fluoride (1,5 mg/l)
  • Nickel (50 µg/l)
  • Chrome (50 µg/l)
SEIBOLD-Messtechnik Freshwater Monitor is equipped with the following measurements:

SEIBOLD® wwEASY
for Industrial Waste Water

The SEIBOLD® EASY for Industrial Waste Water combines the Online Analyser with a sampling Unit and Registration data logging. This multi purpose instrument is used in industries where waste water has to be measured and the data logged and sampled for later examination. No filtration is needed because of the use of ion selective electrodes, all the sample goes through the instrument in one hose, pumped by a strong hose pump. The following parameters are measured:
  • pH, °C supply and drain.
  • Conductivity.
  • Turbidity.
  • Flow.
  • Heavy Metals online analysis - Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn.

PIPE ROOF GROUTING - SEIBOLD® OCTOPUS

FLOW-PRESSURE DATA MANAGING AND DATA LOGGING AND PUMP CONTROL

The pipe roofing - cement injection management and control system SEIBOLD® OCTOPUS was built for tunneling projects.
Fully automated tasks as measure, register and pump control are the strength of this system. Displayed on a 15inch touch-sceen TFT-monitor.
Actual values of time, pipe number, pressure and flow are continuously stored for later examination and used for active pump management. All Data is stored failsafe on industrial hard disk and flash rom.
The easy to use software is divided into three parts:
  • Preparation on Office Desktop: Input of pipe roof geometry, pump specification, stop criterion.
  • Pump Control and Data Registration on Tunnel-System: graphical display of pipe roof for easy handling. Up to two pumps are controlled.
  • Data Analysis and Examination on Office Desktop: Graphics and result lists as well as sums of set-up times and efficiency reports.
