In many applications monitoring of permissible values and further control and regulation activities are
|
|
executed by online analysers. SEIBOLD-Messtechnik has designed and developed the product series EASY
|
of Online-Analysers specially for this purpose.
|
|
|
|
|
All analysers of the product series EASY are extremely robust, easy to use,
very affordable and are run at very low operating cost.
Other applications, like potable water, waste water and process water, challenge
companies through requiring measurement results of highestaccuracy under a changing environment and diverse conditions. To match these requirements,
conditions inside the analyser have to be held constant at any time.

An example: With chemical analysis by the use of reagents, reactivity typically
decreases with temperature.
Two strategies are available: you can expand the time for reaction accordingly
or temper the sample.
|
This is the focus of SEIBOLD-Messtechnik´s initiative in research and
development.
Focal points of the corresponding project, supported by Wiener Wirtschaft are:

Monitoring of the chemical reaction for calculation of the
measurement result and identification of erroneous measurement.

Measurement of least quantities even in complex matrices of
interfering materials.

Multiple Element Detection: Measurement of multiple parameters in
one measurement cycle.

The new product series of SEIBOLD Online-Analysers (working title: FISH) will
allow for measurement entirely independent form environmental conditions and
surveilling all relevant parameters at the same time.
